Sarah has been a student of yoga for 17 years. She obtained her RYT 200 hour teaching certification in 2013 and currently teaches private lessons. She studies under the Tantra/Hatha yoga philosophy which influences her teaching style. Her classes incorporate asana (postures), pranayama (breath work), and dhyana (meditation) for a holistic practice. Her teaching style focuses on providing tools to the practitioner to help guide them into a place of healing and self realization.
